Choco vanilla walnut tootyfruity sponge cake recipe



Ingredients
 

एक कटोरी मैदा, थ्रीफोर्थ कटोरी पीसी हुई शक्कर, हाफ कटोरी तेल या घी या बटर. हाफ कटोरी दही, हाफ लिटर दूध की जितनी है उतनी मलाई, एक फ्लॅट चम्मच बेकींग पावडर और हाफ चम्मच बेकींग सोडा, फ्यू ड्रॉप्स ऑफ व्हॅनिला इसेन्स. पसंदीदा ड्रायफ्रूट्स.

Recipe 

Mix all wet ingredients first and keep aside.

Sieve all dry ingredients together in a bowl and keep aside.

Now mix wet and dry ingredients. Add vanilla iscence and dryfruits.

Now transfer it to the cake mould. Don't forget to preheat oven or cooker or kadhai.

Now keep the mould in preheated utensil. Tap the mould before keeping for backing.

Mostly within 25 mins cake comes out very well. Keep checking and turn off the flame at right time.
